Terms of service

Who we are
QoreFlow is provided by [OWNER TO CONFIRM: legal name] ("we", "us"), company number [OWNER TO CONFIRM: company number], registered at [OWNER TO CONFIRM: registered address], United Kingdom. These terms cover your use of the QoreFlow service, including the web application, the data pipelines and the dashboards.
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you sign up for, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Accounts and organisations
When you sign up, we create your user account and one organisation, and you become its owner. An organisation is the unit of tenancy: all connections, synced data, metric definitions and dashboards belong to a single organisation, and access is limited to the people who hold a membership of it.
Owners and admins may invite other people, change their roles and remove them. An organisation must always keep at least one owner. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for the actions of the people you invite.
Your data, and what we do with it
The business data you connect stays yours. We store and process it to run the service you have asked for: syncing it from the tools you connect, holding it in your organisation's rows in our database, and running the metrics and dashboards you define. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
Where that data includes personal data, we act as a processor on your instructions. The privacy notice sets out the detail, including the subprocessors we rely on.
Connecting third-party tools
You may connect accounts you control with third-party providers. You are responsible for having the right to connect them. We read only the data the provider's permissions allow, and we hold the resulting access credentials encrypted on our servers. Those providers are independent of us: if a provider changes or withdraws its interface, the relevant part of QoreFlow may stop working.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to reach another organisation's data, or probe our tenancy controls;
- upload or connect data you have no lawful right to process;
- place load on the service beyond your plan's allowances, or work around those allowances;
- reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Plans and allowances
Every organisation has a plan with allowances covering connections, metric definitions, dashboards, rows synced and daily metric queries. The service enforces those allowances and will refuse work that exceeds them. Paid plans and billing are not yet available; the current free plan is provided as-is while the service is early.
Availability and support
We aim to keep QoreFlow available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not yet offer a contractual uptime commitment. Scheduled syncs run on a recurring schedule and may be delayed by a provider's own limits or outages.
Ending your subscription
You may stop using QoreFlow at any time. An owner may delete their organisation from the settings area. Deleting an organisation permanently removes its connections, stored credentials, synced data, metric definitions, dashboards, memberships and invites. That cannot be undone.
Liability
QoreFlow reports on data supplied by the tools you connect. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of that reporting, nor for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your use of the service, to the extent the law permits us to limit that liability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service develops, and we will tell account owners about material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
